Advancia Téléservices is a contact center working for a wide range of clients (companies that outsource their prospecting or their customer service), with operational sites and a foothold in international markets.
Business challenges
As a contact center, Advancia has to train its agents regularly on a different product for each client. The challenges were therefore:
- Speed to readiness: cut the time between receiving the product specifications and having usable training content available
- Consistent instruction: make sure that, for every product handled, all agents get the same training, in line with the client brief;
- Integration and tracking: deliver modules that work with training tools and LMS platforms, so learning paths can be tracked and knowledge gains documented.
How the work with EdBuild AI was run
The collaboration followed a pragmatic, hands-on sequence, driven through commercial exchanges and technical sessions:
- Testing and adjustment phases
Rounds of file testing and technical adjustments were run to make sure the deliverables matched Advancia needs and integrated into the LMS. The email exchanges explicitly mention file testing and iterations. - Training sessions & rollout
Training sessions and setup slots were scheduled and confirmed by the Advancia team, leading to an operational rollout on our training platform.
What a module looks like for a product handed over by a client
- Product brief: the client documents and specifications come in;
- Scope sign-off: agreement on format, length, activities and success indicators;
- Production & testing: the deliverable is built, then tested and corrected with Advancia;
- Team training: dedicated sessions for internal trainers and post-rollout checks;
- Go live: import into the EdBuild AI LMS and tracking of how fast agents get up to speed.
