Founded in 2012 (source: L'Ouïe Magazine, February 25, 2022), Ideal Audition is a hearing care network that today runs around 90 centers across France (source: ideal-audition.fr, accessed September 17, 2026). Like any multi-site network, it faces a classic difficulty: what head office decides has to reach every location fast, and unchanged.
The challenge: the last mile of information
A newly listed product, a new manufacturer, a procedure that changes: every head office decision assumes the teams in the centers are up to date. The usual channels quickly hit their limits:
- an internal memo gets read unevenly and proves nothing about understanding;
- a meeting or a field visit depends on a calendar, and therefore on a delay;
- nothing shows, before the on-site audit, which topics are genuinely mastered.
The result: a gap between the moment a decision is made and the moment it takes effect in front of the customer.
How they work with EdBuild AI
Ideal Audition uses EdBuild AI to turn that information into short training modules, delivered across the entire network:
- The material already exists: product sheets, manufacturer documentation and internal procedures are imported into the tool.
- Module generation: the content is structured into key lessons, each with assessment activities (quizzes, videos).
- Delivery to the network: the module reaches the teams in the centers in a format they can absorb in a short window, between two appointments.
- Learner tracking: the network team sees progress and scores, center by center and topic by topic.
Tracking changes how the network is run
This is the decisive part of the setup: learner tracking identifies, without waiting for the on-site audit, which topics are not mastered and which centers need support. Action becomes targeted and proactive, instead of being triggered once the problem shows up in the field.
Benefits
- Shorter lead time between a head office decision and real mastery in the centers;
- A consistent message: every center gets the same information, in the same format;
- Data-driven management: topic mastery is measured, not assumed;
- Targeted support: network coaching resources go where they are useful.
