Acuitis set out to professionalize how its training modules are produced and maintained, to secure instructional quality, the ability to update content fast and the transfer of skills to its internal teams.
Objectives
The project had the following objectives:
- design and deliver training modules that match business needs;
- put a lasting maintenance and update process in place;
- train internal owners able to run and evolve the content;
- prepare, where relevant, a public announcement of the partnership once results were stable.
How the work was run
The work between Acuitis and EdBuild AI was organized around three main operational levers:
- Dedicated build sessions: regular technical slots to build, adjust and deploy the modules based on business feedback.
- Improvement workshops: structured meetings to gather feedback, prioritize changes and define the instructional templates.
- Ongoing support and transfer: post-delivery assistance and skill-building through training and documentation for the internal owners.
How it played out
- Initial scoping: defining the priority learning paths and the instructional requirements.
- Design & production: building the modules to the approved specifications.
- Technical sessions: fast iterations to apply fixes and improvements.
- Support & maintenance: post-delivery follow-up, fixes and updates as operational needs come up.
- Skills transfer: training the teams and delivering operating guides so they can work on their own.
The EdBuild AI role
EdBuild AI turned instructional needs into working deliverables and provided ongoing technical support. The partnership established a repeatable, controlled process for producing and maintaining content.
Deliverables
- Training modules delivered and revised through the iteration cycles;
- Corrected versions after the build sessions and business feedback;
- Documentation and operating guides for module maintenance;
- Internal training sessions for the owners in charge of instructional continuity.
Results & benefits
- A structured process for producing and maintaining the modules;
- Shorter update lead times thanks to short build cycles and dedicated support;
- Greater autonomy for internal owners through training and documentation
