Facing growing demand for digital content, INEAD set out to change the way it produces courses: moving from a one-off, hand-crafted process to a repeatable production line able to deliver ready-to-use video lessons. The goal was to secure instructional quality, technical integration and internal team autonomy at the same time.
The solution deployed by EdBuild AI
EdBuild AI rolled out a solution covering the full e-learning production chain, with video at its center:
- Video production pipeline: the creation workflow is automated, from writing the instructional script to generating the final video lesson (editing, slide and voice sync, insertion of learning elements).
- Optimized instructional templates: libraries of standardized slide templates and video sequences that keep courses consistent and production fast.
- LMS integration: modules are packaged and exported in the format INEAD’s platform expects, with validation tools for a reliable import.
- Hands-on support: business workshops, technical sessions and documentation to transfer the skills to the teaching team.
Co-development and product improvement
The project followed a co-development approach: the needs raised by INEAD were consolidated with those of other schools using the platform. Pooling this feedback sped up the delivery of general features (templates, export improvements, automations) that benefit every user, and shortened the rework cycle for each new school.
The role of the EdBuild AI engineering team
The EdBuild AI engineering team turned instructional needs into technical solutions: template design, development of the video assembly pipeline, export automation and validation tooling. Close work between product, engineering and instructional design made iterations fast and reliable.
Results & benefits
- Industrialized production: a repeatable process now makes it possible to produce video lessons at scale.
- Instructional quality maintained: templates and teaching rules keep every module consistent and relevant.
- Shorter lead times: automation and templates cut the production time per video lesson.
- Lasting autonomy: training and documentation let INEAD’s teaching teams run production in house.
- Continuous improvement: feedback shared between schools feeds a product roadmap driven by real use.
